Returns
We have a 30-day, money-back guarantee on any product. You may return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please note the following:

          Shipping charges are non-refundable.

          All spa gift baskets, bedding, and candles are not returnable.

          For full refund, returned product must be returned unopened, otherwise a 30%
          restocking fee* will be charged.

          Items returned totaling over $1,000 are subject to a 10% service charge.

Fees do not apply to damaged or items that are non-working. Please e-mail any issues or testimonials to customerservice@trendydecor.net Please include in the e-mail any issues related to the damaged or defective item and date that the item is being returned. Please include in the returned package the Return/Exchange form (link provided below).

Restocking Fee
Due to recent events, we have found it necessary to charge a restocking fee. The reason for the fee is, due to the fact, that consumers are purchasing items and returning the item used. The products that Trendy Décor sale are pre-packaged by the manufacture, and Trendy Décor is unable to resale the opened/used product.


Does Trendy Décor sale wholesale?
YES TrendyDecor.net does sale wholesale. Please e-mail Trendy Décor at customerservice@trendydecor.net to arrange terms.


Can an order be placed over the phone or by mail?
At this time, Trendy Décor would prefer all orders to be made via the web site. If for some reason you would be unable to order via the internet, please e-mail Trendy Décor at customerservice@trendydecor.net to request special consideration and arrangements will be on an individualized basis.


How to know if a particular item is on Back Order?
Trendy Décor’s web site shows inventory on each item. Inventory is up-to-date and the consumer can feel assured that you will receive the item(s) you ordered.


What if I would like to send an item to someone as a gift?
Pay close attention when checking out with Google or PayPal that you differentiate from mailing address and billing address. Otherwise, the mailing address will remain the same as the billing address. GIFT WRAP- is not an option at this time.


Special Order:
When ordering the Custom Dish Candle Holder- please expect additional time. Each Custom Dish Candle Holder is made at the time of order. Preference toward color/size can be made and pricing will be accordingly. (Example: request only Fiesta dishes or two colors etc…)


Request a Catalog:
Trendy Décor does have catalogs available. Trendy Décor’s product is increasing and changes quickly- so please consider this when requesting a catalog. Meaning- Trendy Décor may not have the item you like months later.


Shipping Rates:
Trendy Décor charges 10% for Shipping and Handling.

          Orders ranging from $.00 to $100.00 will only be charged $10.00 for shipping/handing.             (pending weight)

At this time, Trendy Décor does not ship internationally.


Shipments:
